Smarter Access Control can be installed as a standalone system or as an integrated solution alongside Alarm.com’s intrusion and video offerings. This gives business customers extra protection and efficiency by integrating critical business security tools into one intuitive solution. Customers can disarm their system by swiping an access badge, fob, or their mobile phone with Alarm.com’s exclusive Mobile Credentials offering. By integrating video and access control systems, your business customers can get video alerts when specific doors are opened and find video of access events directly from their access history timeline.

Any wiegand reader

Most unencrypted card formats, including standard 26 bit formats

Get Certified

To start ordering and activating Access Control accounts, you must first complete our Smarter Access Control course through the Alarm.com Academy Online. Once completed, ordering through the Partner Portal will be turned on for your company within one to two business days. Once the training course is completed, we will send you a welcome kit that includes:

A welcome letter with recommendations for success
A proposal folder designed to store your quote when presenting a bid or proposal for a job.
A customer bi-fold promoting uses and benefits of Smarter Access Control
A product summary to familiarize your team with our fully integrated solution
